I think I am sick

I felt really depressed and overwhelmed this weekend, which is why, on Monday, when I started feeling sick and dizzy, having troubles with things like standing up. I mean, not bedridden, but compared to Friday, when I walked 6 miles down the side of a volcano in the rain, I am feeling pretty week.

(NB: walking 6 miles down the side of a volcano in the rain is probably a big part of why I feel the way I do now).

Anyway, since being here, I have tried to be very active, and I have started to feel pressure that I have to go somewhere new and different every week. I have been pretty good at that! But for now, maybe I just don't want to do anything. Maybe I can't do anything. So, going to spend the day in bed.

Get well soon! I have never walked any miles down the side of a volcano in the rain, so I can't truly empathise, but I certainly sympathise.
