Agreed. Among other patriarchal things, Girls are taught to be care-takers and responsible for the mental load way early in life. Whilst boys...can just be children.

I think that girls do have an inherent maturity though. 100%. I also believe girls are more in touch with their wild nature/instinct before they are forced into oppressive molds that society deems acceptable.
