Date: 2025-11-09 10:42 pm (UTC)I agree with your friend that when I have an undercurrent of pressing anxieties, it's hard for me to relax or escape. But sometimes I just kind of move beyond things--sometimes temporarily, sometimes for good-- and need something new, or more creative, or intense.
